Serves as senior pastor of ECC. He has over 30 years of ministry experience throughout the United States as Conference speaker both nationally and internationally. Dr. Morales is actively involved as a Chaplain to the Office of the Sheriff in Charles County and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He has an earned Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Logos Christian College and Graduate School in Pastoral Care and Theology and serves as a Presbyter of Logos Global Network. He has completed his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies upon passing comprehensive exams in his PhD in Organizational leadership from Regent University. Serves as Executive Pastor of ECC. He has been involved in ministry for over 10 years. The first 5 years of his ministry were with RFC Racers for Christ where he hold chapel services for NHRA, IHRA, and APBA racing circuits. He also brings an awesome amount of executive experience from his years as parts and service director at Winegardener Chevrolet. He has an earned degree from Logos Christian College and is currently in completion of his second degree. He is happily married to Cindy and has two great boys, Dennis and Tim.

Serves as Praise and Worship Pastor at ECC. She also leads SIS Ministry (Sisters In Service), and coordinates multi-media presentations, She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education with a minor in Psychology at West Coast Christian College, Fresno, California and did Graduate Work at the University of Chattanooga in Tennessee. She is happily married to Dr. Morales and has two boys, Josh and JD.

Serves as Pastor of Spiritual Formation for ECC. He served as the head Elder for the past few years and has been involved in ministry for many years prior to coming to ECC. He is happily married to Avis for more than 50 years.

Serves as an associate pastor and elder at ECC. He pastored a congregation for 15 years prior to coming to ECC and served three USA presidents in the communications department at the White House. Serves as a lay minister and leads ECC's Celebrate Recovery at ECC and is the Celebrate Recovery
Maryland State Representative. He is also involved in music and media. He is happily married to Melissa and has 5 kids, Jonathan, Emily, Maria, Josh, and Jacob.

Serves as a lay minister and leads the youth ministry at ECC and the Music ministry. He is an anointed worshiper and is very active in the music ministry of our church. Josh is a graduate of Grace Brethren Christian Academy in Waldorf, Maryland and is presently attending the College of Southern Maryland CSM persuing a mayor in Communications.

Staff

According to the Bible, shepherding is the imagery used to reveal the relationship between God's people and their leadership (Ephesians 4:11). The shepherd plays an important role in the life of the sheep as he is the one placed there by God, to lead, guide, feed and protect God's sheep (Psalm 23).
